The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful, the apartment was clean and well-equipped, and the location was ideal for exploring Dubai. the only improvement could be more diverse Indian vegetarian food options on the menu.

we stayed at the residences side of hyatt regency. the room was spacious, modern, and clean, with a great view. the staff were friendly and welcoming, especially paulo who helped sort out issues. the location was perfect for work in health care city. easy access to the metro. good pools too.

One morning, as I stepped into the 24-hour fitness center, I was instantly captivated by the floor-to-ceiling windows offering a mesmerizing view of the Dubai skyline. Sweating it out on the modern equipment while gazing at the majestic cityscape felt like being in a high-energy music video, quite the workout motivation!

During my transit in Dubai, the seamless convenience of Hyatt Regency Creek Heights Residences being just 450 metres from Dubai Healthcare City and a short 10-minute drive to the Financial Centre made my stay incredibly convenient.

A minor inconvenience was a slight issue with the air conditioning, but it was quickly resolved by the attentive housekeeping team.

The overall style and decor of the hotel exudes a comforting and soothing ambiance, making it ideal for senior individuals. The spacious and quiet areas, along with the Scandinavian-style chairs, provide a serene setting for relaxation and socialization, ensuring a peaceful stay for senior guests.

I would suggest more efficient and responsive service from the staff to enhance the vacation experience for senior individuals.

At my first stay, the staff helped me find parking. This place suits me perfectly, offering Wi-Fi, room service, fitness center, and an outdoor pool. I keep coming back for the weekend. It has everything I need and doesn't allow pets.

The two-bedroom apartment at Hyatt Regency Creek Heights Residences was luxurious, very clean, and well-equipped for my family. The room was very spacious, with two large bedrooms, a living room, three bathrooms, and an amazing view from all of the windows. The elegant design and absolute comfort made our stay truly beyond the ordinary.

Some lack of communication. before my check-in, I clearly stated our arrival time, but no room was ready.

We had a great stay at Hyatt Regency! the location was centrally situated to many touristy stuff and it was easy to get to most places in the city. the staff, especially Yasmeem at the front office, the coffee shop staff at "suffra," and Hitam and the rest of the team at the club lounge, were fantastic. the room was modern and clean, and having a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and all the necessary appliances was very convenient. the breakfast, although different, was delicious. the gym was nice, and the pool area, although small, was clean and enjoyable.

The dining options at The Creek were a feast fit for a sheikh! Indulge in the mouthwatering delights at Eve Penthouse & Lounge and The Veranda. The rooftop bar offers spectacular views of Dubai, while Market24 satisfies those late-night cravings. Plus, the location is a foodie's paradise, with Sufra Restaurant and Burger Rebel just steps away.

While the flavors were on point, the staff could spice up communication. Clearer info on what's included would be delicious.

I chose this hotel for attending a colloquium because it provides 11 meeting rooms available for events. The meeting rooms were well-equipped and suitable for the purposes of the colloquium, allowing for a smooth flow of the event.

I wished there was a more efficient and speedy internet service in the meeting rooms to facilitate seamless presentations and communication during the colloquium.

The staff at this hotel are simply the best, the rooms are gigantic with amazing views, and the mini-mart on site is so handy. The spa and pool facilities are top-notch for some relaxation after a long day of sightseeing or shopping. The only tiny hiccup was a slight delay during check-in, but nothing that could overshadow the overall fantastic experience. Can't wait to return in the future! 💫

I chose the hotel for its proximity to Zabeel Park, and was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary shuttle to Burjuman Shopping Mall. The dining area and the rooftop bar with 360-degree views were exceptional.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious rooms with great views and the convenient location near the airport and Dubai Dolphinarium. The food had excellent options for vegetarians and the property had a nice kids play area.

the Spa & wellness center and indoor swimming pool were definite highlights; I indulged in a full body massage and body wrap that left me feeling rejuvenated. the restaurant provided halal food options, with an extensive continental breakfast menu and poolside snack bar that were perfect for quick bites.

The only minor issue I faced here was the slow Wi, Fi connection. Despite this, the overall service was top, notch, with attentive make up and beauty services provided in my exclusive room.

The property's recreational facilities go beyond the standard offerings, featuring a fitness center, sauna, outdoor pool, spa. Notably, the La Vida Beauty Salon provides top-notch hair and nail services for both men and women, ensuring a well-rounded experience that caters to all guests' needs.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was lovely. the breakfast was delicious and the staff working at the restaurant were friendly and attentive. the location was perfect, as it was close to all the tourist attractions and shops. the room was spacious and had great amenities. the view of the city skyline from my balcony was amazing.

The check-in process was frustrating and took a long time due to a mix-up with my reservation. the reception staff were not very helpful, which put a damper on my arrival.

This time I booked 2 three-room apartments and later on we added 3 more rooms. It was my 5th or 6th stay at Hyatt Regency and definitely one of the best hotels in terms of cleanliness, spacious rooms, and well-equipped amenities. The breakfast was great, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Mr Albert, in particular, was fantastic. The overall ambience of the hotel was wonderful.
